This section contains things for the adventurous. Note: We will not help you if you download from this section and something bad happens.
Build your own NTFS RPM
When Redhat, or Fedora, release a new kernel, we have to download the kernel source, build the RPMs, upload them and then update the website. This takes us time (and assumes we aren't out drinking and being sociable).
This page tells you how to build your own NTFS RPM. It's not too difficult, but you have to follow the instructions carefully. This is useful if you are in a hurry, or you have some strange architecture that we don't support.
Fedora 7 Development Kernels
After careful consideration, we will no longer be providing rawhide/development kernel modules in rpm format. Interest in these has always been minimal and with the release of NTFS-3g and the removal of NTFS from the Fedora Project's Forbidden Items list, it is now trivial to get NTFS reading and writing out of the box in userspace.
Fedora 6 Test Kernels
This section contains NTFS RPMs for the test kernels of Fedora 6.
Note: The section is now closed.
Fedora 6 Development Kernels
This section contains NTFS RPMs for the development kernels of Fedora 6 (formerly rawhide).
Note: The section is now closed.
